By booking a safari with Arswan Tours and Travel, you agree to the following terms:

Reservations and Deposits
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the safari start date.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 45 days before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees

• Cancellations 30–44 days prior: 50% refund

• Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund

Amendments
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your itinerary. Additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested.

Travel Insurance
All travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

Liability
While we take utmost care in planning your safari, Arswan Tours and Travel is not liable for delays, loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers, weather, or acts of nature.
