Tour Plan
You will be picked up from your hotel or the airport for a tour to the Giraffe Centre. Arrive at 11:00 AM and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee as you learn about the history of the farm and the tea-making process through an informal talk. This is followed by an opportunity to see tea growing in the field.
Next, take a walk through the indigenous forest with our resident Kenyan guide, who will identify various plants and explain their traditional uses. Keep an eye out for Colobus monkeys and enjoy a stroll through the gardens, home to a wide variety of birds and flowers.
Return to the house for a pre-lunch drink on the verandah, offering sweeping views across the tea fields toward the Ngong Hills.
Lunch is served around 1:00 PM and features a three-course buffet from our set menu, prepared with fresh vegetables from our garden. Desserts are topped with cream from our herd of Channel Island cows.
After lunch, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport.
